We can deliver our customer piping projects in excess of five thousand meters across a range of sizes from 15mm nominal bore up to 1000 mm nominal bore.

Our pipework manufacture is assisted and managed with our ISO 9001:2015 management standard and PJS is also compliant to pressure equipment directive pipework fabrication, tank and vessel manufacture.

We have a portfolio of procedures and standards for welder qualifications, qualified to BS-EN and ASME, utilising TIG, MIG, and Orbital welding processes to meet our client requirements.

Our pipe installation service carry’s high standards of engineering practices alongside strict health, safety and environmental legislation.

Pipe works and systems fabricated and installed in the following materials: stainless, carbon, aluminium, Hastelloy and Monel steels, plastics such as: polypropylene, ABS, PVCC and PVCU. All manufacturing is controlled inside our quality system and strict due-diligence is carried out to assure zero risks of cross contamination, piping spools are checked, cleaned and passivated then delivered to site for site installation.

Steel work services include fabrication of mezzanine floors, secondary steel works such as: pipe supports, access ladders, pipe support racks and bespoke fabrications.
